Anyways, Fallen picks up right where Burn left off. Sloane finding out that her sister, Alexis aka. Sophie, has been safe with her new husband for the last couple of years and tried to say that Sloane was too busy to have anything to do with her, even come to her wedding. Sloane is hurt beyond anything and can't believe that she has been worried all this time while Lex has been pretty safe. Zeth is trying to deal with the fact that he believes that since Lex is safe, Sloane will not want him around anymore. He doesn't want to admit it, but he has fallen hard for this woman, and is refusing to give her up.
But things aren't over for them and neither of them is safe with Charlie still out there gunning for Zeth. With cars being ran off the road, people being stabbed, and a lock down that must be breached in order to save the love of his life, Zeth is just starting to see how much he needs Sloane and is determined to make her see how much she needs him as well.
I have to say that Callie Hart has blown my mind yet again. She continues to make each of her stories better than the last and they captivate my attention and leave me wanting more. This book has been the best so far, and that leaves me giving it a 5 star rating!
